The roads led her to this place again
Where she had once met herself
More than a year had passed
Since she experienced the moments of life
The unsaid moments
One’s that made her feel alive
A lot had changed since then...
soft breeze
on a summery night
Less people on the walkway
Yet there was life
And stories too
Stories of hope, courage, love and survival
and those of hurt, anger and betrayal
Stories of love lost
and of love that won
Stories of a day that had passed by
Silence amidst the laughter
Silence otherwise
Broken paths
Yet they walked on
Life.
It was a night like this
When the stars shone bright
And the sea had a calming effect on her.
